The First Pot of Tea

Well, you could say that the year 2016 has already been very eventful.  From exploring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to getting married I feel like the year has not given me a break.  I am just looking forward to what the rest of this year has to offer.

In 2016, I have taken the biggest leap of my life, MARRIAGE.  I have loved my husband for about 4 years now and I could not be more enthused for the years to come.  We decided on a smaller more intimate ceremony, performed by his brother, which made the experience al more real and worthwhile.  It was the happiest day of our lives.  We have spent everyday since enjoying our time together.

Aside from the married life, SCHOOL, and let me tell you … this is the one thing in my life that I cannot wait for to end.  Don’t get me wrong, I love learning and expanding my knowledge BUT the atmosphere of a public education and the high demand is just wearing me thin.  I just cannot wait for the piece of paper at the end of the tunnel that says, “Congratulations! You can now work a job that pays more than minimum wage!”

Lastly, I have started making some personal life changes:

  1.  Being HAPPY
  2. Eating better and exercising
  3. Baking a new dessert once a week
  4. Travel more
  5. Make others smile

I hope that you enjoy stopping in for some tea parties with me!
